fordentist will always give preference for customer service. But while shipping, sometimes products get damaged due to transportation issues. In such cases, fordentist process return / replacement for the damaged products after the customer informs us immediately by calling to . After sharing necessary details(order number, reason for return / replacement) with us, we will inform you immediately whether the product is eligible for the return/replacement or not.

      If the product is eligible for the return/replacement, our courier partner will attempt product pick up . After product reaches our warehouse,if it is a return we will refund the money into your bank account within 2-3 business days or if it is a replacement, it will take 2-5 days to deliver the product again.
